Blue Quills First Nations College is a post-secondary education institution owned and operated by the people of seven First Nations in north-east Alberta as a not-for-profit organization. We are governed by a Board of Governors made up of seven appointed members, each representing one of the seven local First Nations communities, plus one elder from the Saddle Lake First Nation. The seven First Nations communities (see below) that own and operate Blue Quills, represent almost 17,500 people.
