Directed by Gregory Coyes, "ACIMOWIN" explores the
takeover of Blue
Quills Residential School by Cree Elders in the early 1970's and their vision to
control their children's education.
This film examines how present day Blue Quills leadership are continuing the vision of their Elders by creating an evolving educational environment where students can repair the damage of the past and reconnect with their culture, community and themselves.
